“The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with.
I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help.
I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate.
There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated.The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind!
He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance.

I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. Drew is a true asset to the team and his dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition!”

“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”

I have been coming here for years with not a single bad experience. Whoever is giving bad reviews is probably someone that can't be pleased no matter how good the EE's are.”
“I’ve always had a good experiences at this location, which is my go to since it’s walking distance. I only wish the notary was there in the morning instead of 12 noon, but I don’t know the workload or if service is limited in that aspect. Overall a good place!”

“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“I was surprised to see mostly negative reviews, as my experience with their services has been positive. I've sent international packages through them, and the pricing has always been reasonable. The owner has consistently been efficient in preparing shipments, including packaging and boxing, making the entire process fast and seamless. My packages have also arrived on time without any issues.
I noticed that Korean appears to be his primary language, so I wonder if language barriers may have contributed to some reviewers perceiving him as unfriendly or even rude. Aside from that, I've found the overall quality of service to be reliable and satisfactory, and I would recommend them based on my experiences.”
“Local post office of my town, always had a quick and wonderful service. They have a decent collection of postal materials. PO boxes are also available for rental.Did my daughter's passport application through this PO as well, the Post Master was super helpful and humble to us.”

“I had a pre-paid UPS package to mail. I don't send a lot via UPS so I found them via Google Maps. There was a line, but it moved really fast and the staff was great at helping people fast without rushing them. Many of us were just dropping off and needed shipping receipts but there was one person who was getting help packing things.”

“I’m confused by the bad reviews. I go there all the time, have for years now, and everyone is always kind, not just to me, but to every other customer while I have been there. Even when I have made mistakes with my Amazon returns, they have always been gracious about explaining things to me. Every UPS store I have ever been to charges for packing something for you if it’s not “no box no label.” The woman who works there helped me with color prints for my classroom, and when they didn’t come out right because I had sent them in the wrong format, she happily reprinted them free of charge. Maybe the poor reviews are from people who don’t like that the workers wear masks? Or they don’t like ever being told no, even if it’s done politely? Or there’s another reason, which I suspect but won’t post here? Whatever your issue, I simply don’t believe that these nice people were rude like some of the stories here say.”
