The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by a gentleman named Will. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. It's rare to encounter such personalized and attentive service. I highly recommend this place, all thanks to the fantastic service from Will!”
“I had an excellent experience with an international package with Ms. Deja on Monday. She helped write out the custom form for me when I have a shaky hand and explained the process. She even helped me tape the box when she had an injured hand.
She went above and beyond. I think she is really helpful and empathetic if you ask for the help. She always does her best to ensure great quality service and I had to finally thank her for all her kindness.

“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently.
Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly.
Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient.

“Had such an amazing experience with this post office thanks to Telisha! The post office is not even the local office for my address but she still was super helpful to me. My local post office was closed on Saturday and she helped me in a stressful situation. She took down my information in case the package did come back to her location. This morning, Telisha gave me a call to let me know South Hackensack had loaded it on the truck and it would be delivered today. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful for her amazing customer service!”
“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Stop being cheap on the holidays Scarsdale people . Post office workers work soo hard to get yall packages in rain sleet and snow falling tripping just to rush to have lunch that’s really not long enough.
And the summers try to offer more water so they don’t die on your steps or pass out . It’s burning up outside and you think you have Johnny bravo carrying your stuff or Arnold swordsanegga or however his friggin name is spelled .

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

I drive out from NYC periodically and I save up my packages to send out whenever I’m in town here just so I can go to this location and avoid the hassle at every single post office in the city. Everyone is friendly here, there’s never a line, and even though it’s a small location with only a few parking spots up front there’s additional parking in the back and it’s never crowded. I always just get in and get out stress free.”
