“Went in to get a replacement phone and the sales representative AJ informed us that we were eligible for 2 upgraded phones. We were leary but he explained everything in detail and we decided to go with the new package. Received the phones in the mail and went back to AJ to set them up for us. “Very pleasant experience! I ordered a pizza and soda and they gave them to me! I was like wow very yummy. Then I left my ID there and one of the employees tracked me down and found me while I was in a car accident and provided me ID and offered me roadside assistance. Very helpful and quite literally a lifesaver (hehe haha). 10/10 I will come here every day”
