“I went in to get a certified check. There was not a long wait. A male teller assisted me. He was nice even though he called me by my first name which I absolutely hate when I am conducting business. He told me it would be a $10 and I questioned that since I was a customer for over 13 years. He explained that if I had a different account I would not have a fee but he said he would waive it for me, which I did appreciate.”
