Been doing my taxes with same tax pro (D_R) at this branch for 3 seasons, every season same mistake by D_R, claiming child tax credit when not supposed to, even wrote words such as source of information was from myself.Each time pointed out, no acknowledgement, let alone apology.1st season was great, 2nd season starting to feel the arrogant of D_R, by 3rd season comes around, I was asked to do some work myself based on last year's comparison.My mistake of failing to complete one file and D_R reached out which I provided immediately. I originally paid $465 and when the missing form was submitted, I was asked to pay $475 AGAIN in order to see my tax.Appalled, I reached out and was told "system was screwy" and D_R will fix it. 48hrs come and go, nothing was done. What stood out is that if it was indeed a computer glitch, SAME AMOUNT would have been requested, I believe someone physically input the numbers and instead of acknowledging an error decided to lie.Spoke with the branch manager G couple times, both times rude and short and does not seems to listen.The branch employees answered the phone with no greetings of HR Block, no identification.Based on D_R resume and G tone, it definitely sounds like they are "seniors", it gives them no rights to be rude to customers.Done with HR Block.Case #20119834

Professional, Courteous, extremely quick to take me and process my tax forms. Glen was a tremendous help and he was able to answer all of my questions. We were able to successfully submit my returns in just about 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend HR Block Advisors to all of my family AB’s friends.

Terrible experience with 'drop-off' returns this year. Was called twice to say returns were done, but they were not even started. Had a terrible time calling local office to speak with someone when all calls went to Call Center.
