“I basically knew what I wanted to buy after many trips to my computer. I went to outlet first they advised to go to the showroom and look at the sofa. I was also told that there was a sale the next day so that in lighted me to the next day it was not my first purchase and Raymour has there out protection plan, they don't farm it out like other stores do. You call them and they come out.”
“I stopped in to ask a question and purchased a few items on sale! It was disappointing that I wasn't able to purchase all the items I had wanted because a tag was missing. I suggested the tag of the box I bought be removed and placed on the untagged box but salesclerk said no but then after my purchase she asked for my tag and then placed it on the box. It led me to believe she purchased the box for herself.”

“I'm almost afraid to write this review because this is such a wonderful place I want to keep it for myself! But Perch Home continues to grow into a delightful jewel in Maplewood Village. The addition of the cafe is spot on! The menu is fresh and yummy and right in tune with the vibe of the store. Coffee bar! Non alcohol mocktails! Homebaked breads. Gelato bar. Everything looked beautiful and tasted better. We sat outside on a delightful patio. We had the sweet potato hash served in a cast iron skillet with home baked bread. Avocado BLT came with a yummy crisp fresh side salad. And the almond flour gluten free waffles were fantastic. There were many items I wanted to try. I will be back! Thank you!! A lovely brunch.”
“I came into Ashley looking to see a sofa and loveseat I saw online. I wanted to try it out and see if it would be best for my apartment before purchasing. Unfortunately they didn't have the sofa in stores. Bryan the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the sofas that were similar and gave me the best deals. I paid more than what I expected but I realized a sectional sofa was a better fit and comfort for my apart.”
“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

“First of all it's one of the largest furniture stores I've ever seen. We were fortunate enough to be greeted by Na'eem S. Ward who worked with us all night and helped us put together a phenomenal package for our new home: living room, bedroom, dining room, and accent items. Na'eem was extremely knowledgeable and put no pressure on us whatsoever. Amazing experience highly recommended!”

“My husband and I decided to invest in a Sleep Number bed and went to the Totowa store today (Sunday) instead of waiting for the Garden State location to open on Monday.
I’m incredibly glad we went here after being taken care of by Adam Sharpe the Store Manager.
His recommendations after listening to what we’re seeking [without upselling] allowed us to feel our different sleep styles can be met using the ideal combination of bed and frame. Our 4 year old daughter joined us and the store team is patient and accommodating.
Adam was also tending to incoming and returning customers, at this busy Labor Day weekend time, whilst assisting store teammates. Thanks for what you do, Adam! Wish we started with Sleep Number sooner but excited for our new bed!”
