“I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but they also managed several customers, myself included simultaneously with precision and teamwork. At no point did anyone feel neglected or rushed.

My husband and I had a big issue after ordering new lines and phones through AT&T 611, our bill was completely wrong, we were charged for a phone we never received, and every representative told us something different. Nelson took the time to fix everything, explained the process clearly, and even followed up with us to make sure it was all corrected in a timely manner. Highly recommend this store, ask for Nelson if you need a new line or a new phone. 100% recommend.”
