“I wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.”

This one stands out among the others I’ve been to, and there’ve been a few. PET sold me my phone 2 years ago and Hector helped us out with a problem today. Both are great. Hector greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though he was busy. When it was our turn he helped us out and solved the problem quickly.

“On my Quick visit today I had to encounter it really disturbing situation with a Karen coming into the store, thinking she’s entitled, for the coworker who is great with such a patient. pushing his buttons she thinks he had to stop everything he was doing to basically do everything exactly how she was telling him and expecting to just be answered yes ma’am yes ma’am yes ma’am to every thing she was saying. for my small stop the worker Carlos was super great. He had a lots of patience. He helped me the best he could, and I think he handle the situation the best way possible. It was My first time in the store since I move around here, and I hope in my future stops I don’t see that lady anymore.”
