I had a great experience with Parkway Auto Body. I was in an accident on September 29th in which another car ran a red light and hit my front bumper. The damage was not extremely severe but bad enough that the bumper could not really be repaired and would likely have to be replaced. Luckily the at fault vehicle's insurance agreed to pay 100% of damages.
Anyway, insurance arranged for Parkway to contact me which they did promptly and we set up a time for drop off. This was on October 17th and I dropped off the car on October 21st. The secretaries/customer service workers at the front desk were extremely courteous, quick, and efficient. The woman who went to look at my vehicles damage with me was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and she was willing to give me all the info she could on what the repair would likely entail and how I would be contacted regarding the repair process and how to check on the progress they were making. She also asked about other unrelated damage on the vehicle that she asked if I wanted rate on for those repairs, which I declined. The shop also took the time to arrange for me to have a rental with Enterprise be there and ready to take me to receive the rental so I did not have to lift a finger to get that set up and I was taken right to the rental location to receive my temporary vehicle. (The rental company itself had some hiccups in getting the car but that is not the fault of the shop)
They then gave me regular updates via text along with a link to their website regarding the repairs , costs, and estimated time of completion on my vehicle. The car was ready exactly when the estimated date said it would be which was the following Monday, 10/28, meaning it took a week to complete.
When I arrived to pick up my car I had to sign a receipt and I was good to go within 10 minutes. They did a great job on the repairs and the car looks great. As expected the replaced the bumper as well as some other damaged parts around the headlamp that were damaged. They thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior as well which was something I did not expect and I had actually planned to do after getting the vehicle back but they saved me on that trip as well.
The return of the rental was made just as easy as they again coordinated with the rental company and all I had to do was park it in their lot and give them the keys and they took care of the rest. I was off the lot within 10 minutes of my arrival.
I would like to make it clear that this is my first vehicle, my first accident requiring repair, my first experience dealing with insurance, and therefore the first time using any autobody shop so I cannot accurately make comparisons to other shops in terms of repair pricing and other aspects of the experience if I would have gone to a different shop. Not only that but I did not have have to pay a cent out of pocket so I cannot speak to whether their pricing is fair compared to other shops. That said, I have family and friends who have had very similar repairs done in other shops and it cost them more than what my total came to, and if it cost lost it was often not of the same quality. I also have only have the vehicle a couple of days since the repair so there has not been enough time to confirm that the repairs solved any unseen issues the collision may have caused besides just the visible damage. So keep those things in mind when considering any auto body shop for repairs..
Despite those caveats the experience was exceptional in terms of customer service, time for repair, and quality of repair from what I can see. I believe they went above and beyond and therefore they easily deserve a 5 out 5 rating. I would recommend anyone at least check them out for vehicle repair. Just make sure the pricing for repairs you're looking to have seems reasonable for you, otherwise check with alternative shops.

I will NEVER recommend this place.. The owner Kevin was very rude towards me when I asked why the car was taking so long. I had the bumper, grill and fender replaced and he specifically said the car be done in approximately 10 days and would be completely buffed out. He lied on both ends. I didn't get the car back for over a month, The car had numerous swirls over the hood. And when I called to voice my concerns he started to yell at me and hung up.the phone. The best was that I didn't even have a chance to tell him that my jump pack was missing from my car while in his possession.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SHOP!!!! EVER!

They were prompt in fixing my car
When picking up my car, the people at Parkway Auto Body were able to fix some grim of paint in the car.
I am extremely satisfied with their job!

This is my time using Parkway Auto.
I picked them since they were certified collision repair for both my insurance and car mfr., I figured that would smooth things and it appear too. I found them easy to deal with, customer service was easy, cutesious, truthful, and professional. Car was repaired within the window initial given, by one week.
Car looks like new, but to soon to evaluate repairs other then appearances, so far so good. If in the next month, I have no issues, I would give 5 stars instead of 4.

I am absolutely disappointed and unhappy with the entire experience. First of all, it took almost 5 weeks to fix the car. Secondly, and what’s most upsetting, the fact that when I went to pick up the car, there were scratches on the front bumper, which were not there previously, clearly from either the towing or while in their possession- regardless, these were minor scratches that they should have taken care of. The insurance paid them over $14,000 so they were certainly compensated handsomely. I had to bring the car to another shop to have the scratches removed. Stay away from this establishment! Terrible customer service.
