“Visited this Bird Store while in NJ after an appt. Greeted by very kind warm knowledgeable staff. The birds are so beautiful and appear well cared for. Handled throughout the day and daily. “I was in the area visiting a friend who had a kitten and I was hoping to find a pet store nearby so I could buy some toys. I stumbled upon this pet store and I’m so glad I did. What a cute store! It’s decently sized and had an array of items including baked goods for pets. I was able to get a few toys for my friends kitten and the ladies who work there were so friendly. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.”

“I got two terrible cuts back to back. I wrote an angry email. The owner promptly got back in touch with me. Solved the situation. She made sure I got a better groomer. The last grooming was sheer delight for my dog. I believe they really are trying to maintain an excellent staff. The other two groomers are no loner there. I am glad because my dog really likes going there.”

“We had our 55 lb goldendoodle groomed here for the first time this week. They did a wonderful job! They provided exceptional service, asked all the right questions when I dropped him off to make sure the service was exactly as we’d like, they were so sweet, and Winston came home looking great and happy. Thank you!! Winston can’t wait to return again :)”

“I had an excellent experience at Pet Supplies Plus, and I want to give a special shout-out to Neisy for her outstanding customer service and knowledge of freshwater fish. I came in looking for the right fish for my 50-gallon freshwater aquarium, and Neisy took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish rather than simply pointing me toward whatever was on the shelf. We had a great discussion about the different options, compatibility, temperament, and what would work best in my particular tank. Her recommendations were based on years of experience and a genuine knowledge of freshwater fish. After our conversation, I decided on six Starfire Red Gouramis, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. Pet Supplies Plus is often thought of as a place for entry-level aquarium fish and starter setups, but they actually have some very nice intermediate-level fish available. Having a knowledgeable employee like Neisy who can guide customers beyond the basics makes a huge difference. Thank you, Neisy, for taking the time to help me make the right choice. Your experience and customer service really stood out. Employees like you are what make customers want to come back.”

“Super cute store, prices are clearly stated, and they have a lot of products considering the tight space. Cat and dog products, definitely returning for more catnip and scratchers. They have dog treats that are super cute by the register. Staff were lovely!”

A special thank you to Joyce for helping me choose the perfect breed, Christie for making the adoption process smooth and easy, and Charlie for helping me pick out all of the puppy essentials. Each of them was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you all for making bringing home my miniature poodle such a wonderful experience. “I sometimes take Sparky to Battery Park City. I came across Le Pet and walked in looking for a no pull leash with a hook on the side. The nice gentleman running the front looked through his items but no luck. It's a small and very clean place with lots of accessories -- even Canadian pooch clothing which I buy. There was a groomer working that day. I asked if they could cut his dewclaws at the moment. Frontman called my vet for a copy of his shots--thats a good sign. Very hospitable people working there. I will return for a haircut soon.”

“Our dog loves going to “puppy play” weekly for day care since he was around 6 months old. He always comes home tired and well taken care of. We also board him here when we’re out of town, and the staff has always been very communicative and follows through on all of the medication that our dog needs. If they’re not able to answer the phone, it’s because they’re taking care of the pups, and they will call you back. They have also been extremely accommodating and understanding of his breed and his particular traits. We have full trust in the staff and wouldn’t look elsewhere for his care. They treat him like he is family, and that’s the best part!”

“I’ve been here a couple times after having so many bad experiences with other salons and they’re truly the best. They do the cutest cut on my dog Stella every time and staff is so friendly and helpful!! They definitely don’t overcharge as well and truly do what’s best in the price range they give you which is really nice. I have a small dog and I was charged almost $200 last minute by another groomer in the same town for shaving her but after that I tried this salon and it’s been my go-to ever since. Def give this one a try if you’re struggling finding a groomer! Hoping this review helps someone else like me find a good place their little furry child ??”

“Fantastic place. It's impossible to find a place that exclusively serves cats, so to find this place is a blessing. Sherri is an amazing person with a wealth of knowledge and it always happy to greet you and answer any of your questions. They host different little workshops and often have local rescues over for adoption events. I bought a crochet catnip toy about 2 years ago and my one cat is OBSESSED. I no longer live in the county but after two years the toy is falling apart. Thankfully I made my way to the store and they still have it in stock! I made sure to grab a few this time.”

“The lady that was working today was very nice and personable! I enjoyed talking with her and about different options to feed my leopard gecko. I never gave my gecko a dubia roach and she was telling me about it and I got 1 to try and my gecko as the it so fast 😂. I was surprised since he never had one before! So next time I'm in that area I will be stopping by again! They have great prices for the crickets and other bugs compared to other pet stores!”

“I’ve been here many times shopping for my cats also for Instacart I have cat collars here. They also have a machine that you can custom make with the name and the phone number so that if your animal gets lost, you can have your phone number on the collar with their name. They have a variety of dog food and cat food many different products. Here they have refrigerated dog food, which a lot of people buy for their dogs. They also have a grooming area for dogs. Stores always clean and people help me there to find food or things that I’m looking for to buy.”

“Wonderful experience all around. We had some bad experiences with past groomers, and our pup got in rough shape with her coat because she was so terrified to let anyone near her to cut. The staff here were so incredibly kind to her and made her feel at ease. They took their time over several visits to make sure the job was done right. We will be regular customers from now on.”
