I went to a lot of dealers, and I always call to make sure the car is available and to let them know when I will be there. Trend was the only one that actually had the vehicle ready when I showed up. If you know anything about car dealers, it’s that they love to waste your tim, but that wasn’t the case here. Pricing was simple and transparent, and they gave straight answers to questions without any games. The certified VW we bought looks and drives brand new in every way. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. 1) Because price is very reasonable. They will NEVER overcharge you. Will only charge what's truly reasonable, both for parts and labor.
2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.

The RT46 staff is miles ahead of them with customer service and prices that compare to mail order giants.”
“After some disappointing experiences with some other local shops in getting an alignment issue fixed, I tried Ray at Beaver Lake.Not only did he fix the issue that two other shops couldn't solve, he explained in detail what was checked and what was found. The pricing was surprisingly fair for the work performed.He even showed me around the shop to give a glimpse of how clean and professional his repair shop was.He's earned my future business for sure.”
“If I could give six stars I would. First of all they do excellent work But most importantly I needed it back by a specific date And they came through. A tree smashed into my truck And Destroyed half the bed in the front Fender and Hood. You can't even tell it was damaged after they got done. They have even washed and waxed the entire vehicle before giving it back to me.
