“Stopped here after driving over 250 miles for a 3 hour event. The vehicle had no headlights so figured I’d stop and take care of that. The manager Jenn was awesome!!! Not only did she have great coffee in the waiting room, but she had a wonderful, cheery personality and demeanor. I was quoted a price and even though it should have been more, she honored that! To me, integrity is extremely important, so what she did was stellar. I would highly recommend this PepBoys shop. The mechanic made it a point to ask let me know of some routine maintenance that the vehicle was going to need within the next couple of months and he was not pushy. I truly appreciate the great service and caring attitude I encountered today. Thanks a million!!!”
