From my very first conversation with Liam, he took the time to listen to what was important to me and maintained a high level of communication throughout the entire process. The finance team worked quickly to get my financing approved, and since I was coming from out of state, the team even helped coordinate my transportation to the dealership.

When I arrived, Karen gave me a warm welcome and even ordered breakfast for me. The car was prepared and ready for my test drive, Gina had all of the paperwork ready to go and walked me through everything, and Danny took the time to give me a complete walkthrough of the technology and features of my 911 Turbo.

Lastly, I want to recognize the management team — Franky, Jason, and Patrick. They were transparent, straightforward, and worked with me to get the deal done quickly and smoothly.

I’ve owned 7 Porsches, so I’ve had my share of dealership experiences, and I can honestly say this was one of the best. The level of communication, hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail from beginning to end was amazing.

“I have used TLC Auto repairs for a few years now. Oil changes, air intake(which the dealer never addressed). Tire repairs (lots of them). Brakes service. But the greatest of service from Ray and Son was recent.

My grandson hit a pothole and broke the rack and pinion steering on our 2018 Infiniti q60 sport. In just a day and half repair was completed. The story doesn’t end there. After the son installed the rack it wouldn’t move. Then they find out the part was electric and needed programming.
The person they got the new rack from did not tell them nor did he know.
They had quickly got a software person to work with the Nissan software. Which was not easy to program. But got it done in 2 hours. Great work!
