Told them I needed 3 gallons of paint in these colors from a HD brochure. Before I knew it they were mixing the paint and I was on my way. Not my first time at Taylor, but sometimes I forget and go to HD.”

So much better than Amazon I love it's walking distance for my bunny and I I just regret it's been too hot to take her for a walk but I wanted to get her supplements last time but I went a bit over with multiple things I can't wait to go there next and get more things like her toys and all , love the ma n pop stores like this and she was super friendly great help ! “We came down on a windy day in March and I said I want a giant kite that looks like a dragon. Well we were told to come to the hardware store and we were NOT disappointed! Walked in the front door and right there in front was a bin of all assorted kites and my desperately desired dragon kite. There is a ton of other souvenirs and we browsed for quite some time before hitting the beach and letting the dragon stretch his wings. 10/10.”

We go to all of the Builder General locations depending where our job is and everyone is so pleasant, you can really tell it is a family owned buisness. “They have a gigantic catalog, I always find something. The service is great, everybody is very knowledgeable & nice. Even ordering by phone or online, they usually get it to you with a couple of days. A month ago I ordered a bunch of exit & fire extinguisher signs, they came from I believe 6 different locations. It took 2 weeks to get everything, nobody perfect. They have a great selection of power tools. They are worth a look.”

“This is such a nice place to come. Many people I meet here always say they choose Lowes over homedepot. They definitely stand by their name and have good quality stuff. The place is always organized and well stocked. They certainly do offer more selection of things and have a variety of home decor stuff as well. As a woman, I love coming here to see all the cool new decor stuff they have. They offer a kids workshop with points and leveled tiers to earn more stuff. It is free to members of lowes, which is also an easy free sign up. We came here for their kids' first DIY TOOL KIT. In which they receive an apron and earn badges for each workshop they attend.”

“Ashley, one of the managers, provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever had. She empathetically listened to my month's long battle with Hisense. Because the AC unit stopped working properly one year after purchase, returns are made to the manufacturer. Each time you provide Hisense with what they request, they inform you of something else that needs to be sent in. They never gave me a list and provided me with the documents needed in any of my 5 phone calls or 5 emails. After I gave them everything they requested, they then wanted me to cut the cord to the unit and send them a picture. I was not doing that as the fan still worked. I needed at least that if I was to be without an AC unit in 90 degree heat for a week with my elderly mother. At this point I was exhausted with the situation. I knew Lowes did not take returns on this but I had no where else to turn. I told my story to the first person who picked up at customer service. She was kind and understanding. She then put Ashley, the manager, on. Ashley took ownership of the situation and solved my issue immediately. It is the type of character you would expect from a business owner who understands the thirty thousand foot view of a situation. When I arrived the next day to exchange my unit, Kim, an associate, said with a smile you must be Marie. Everyone was friendly while they got Ashley. I wanted to hug her. To sum it up. Ashley deserves recognition for her leadership. It's further evidenced by the staff she manages.”

“Can’t tell you how nice this store is compared to other local stores! They had an amazing plant selection indoor and out as well as a variety of supplies in a range of prices! We bought an amazing LG MICROWAVE for a fraction of the price at Walmart and for a newer model! The customer service was outstanding!!! We met Debbie and she helped me from everything to correctly gathering my receipts, to handing me back my phone I left behind! She was over the top friendly and extremely helpful!
