“Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. Parking was a worry but they have built a parking deck so that solves that worry. Thanks for reading and stay safe!!!”

“Very nice showroom, everything was displayed in a way that you could see the functionality and style of the merchandise. Prices were also displayed. I waited about 20 minutes for a designer to become available and the interactions were professional and extremely informative. Most of the merchandise is very high-end, and expensive. If you have no issues spending money, this is the place for you. It is also a good place to go if you want ideas”
“This was a first time going to all major appliances yesterday November 4th 2025. The young man who helped me was super nice and helped us find a washer & dryer. The price for the LG thin Q washer & dryer we liked was a great deal. Yes, there were a few dents but, I found only 1 small dent on the washer and a very small dent & almost non-visible scratch on the dryer. But, other then that so far no problems with either machines. I couldn't put up the pictures but both machines look really good.”

“The store itself was clean, organised, and full of beautiful plants and flowers. Most of the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, I had a negative interaction with one staff member in the outdoor garden department. He accused me of taking a cherry stem from a plant when it was already there, and the way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary. Aside from that moment, the rest of the visit was positive.”
“I’ll be honest, I haven’t always loved coming to this location. I usually try to get in, grab what I need, and head out. In the past, I’ve run into moments where the service felt unfriendly or unhelpful, and when I need real assistance for a project, I’ve sometimes chosen to drive to another store instead.
That said, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Coco a few times now, and she completely changes the experience. Every single time I deal with her, I feel taken care of. She truly understands customer service. I even saw her calmly step in to mediate an argument between two customers in line about who was first, and she handled it professionally and with confidence.
If more interactions were like that, it would make a big difference. I really hope her approach reflects the direction Home Depot wants for serving the Paterson community.”

“I use their blowers for pet grooming, they are all excellent products! And their repair service is top notch too! After years of being a real workhorse for me, my 220v double motor 4 + 4 Air Force Commander blower needed new brushes. I tried to replace them myself, as it is easy to do in other models. I broke a wire trying to remove the brushes and had to send the unit in for repair. They replaced the brushes, the damaged motor, seals and credited me for the brushes I had already purchased and sent extra motor filters too! The service was very thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend sending this particular model to them for brush replacement rather that doing it yourself.”
