“This was the first time I used a moving company. Having moved my own belongings twice before, I was a little apprehensive. My meeting with Ralph put my fears aside. The crew who moved my belongings from New Jersey to Delaware, were efficient and top notched. The company stored my belongings for four months, then delivered them in the same condition that they received. Tami was my contact while the move was in progress and she was on top of keeping me informed. I would recommend Freedom Moving and Storage to anyone in need of moving. Excellent customer service!”

“Sergio is awesome. Really helped me out which keeps me at Extra Space
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Fairfield.
Again, Thank You guys
This is an addendum to my first review this one is dated 6-2-26;
I am repeatedly being impressed by your associate Sergio. He helped me solve an issue by going above and beyond my expectations. While there are many competing storage companies in the neighborhood with some of them offering more “perks” none of the have Sergio which is much more valuable than a price or a perk. Please pass along my comments to Sergio for being an exemplary employee and a trusted and valuable asset to Extra Space Storage. As I stated previously he is why I continue to be a customer of Extra Space Storage.
Thanking you in advance

“Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Montville.
Move in was convenient and move out was convenient as well.
Look forward to storing with them again in the future!”
“Nothing but good vibes at this extra Space storage the manager there is absolutely outstanding. She was very helpful with all of my Solar troubleshooting needs and questions being my first time on site at this location. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.”
“Came here just to store a few boxes… ended up feeling like my stuff upgraded its lifestyle.
Place is clean, organized, and honestly nicer than some apartments I’ve seen lately. Everything runs smooth, no chaos, no confusion.
Shoutout to Thomas the area manager—solid dude, actually helpful, and doesn’t give you that ‘you’re bothering me’ energy. Made the whole process quick and easy.
Only downside? My belongings are living better than me right now. Might have to ask Thomas if there’s a lease option for humans.
10/10, would trust them with my life clutter again.”
“So far it's been great!. The online application option helped me greatly since I work in NY, and can't make it for the office hours. Phone customer service was also very Profesional and helpedful. I reserved this unit and completed the application online. The prices are amazing compared to what I was paying for my NY unit. I am very happy that I was finally able to get a storage unit closer to my home now.”

“I would never normally think to leave a review for a Storage Unit but here we are. This place is just exceptionally easy to deal with. All the info was already online. I showed up late in the day near closing and the lady at the desk was so eager to assist and made me feel at home. Looks like all the other reviewers here appreciate Ms. Destiny! Just a really friendly, quick, and competent service. Prices are reasonable for the area. Large trolleys available and the entrance is wide and accessible. Honestly what more could you want!”

“I recently closed out my storage unit and just had the pleasure of meeting Renata during that process. Even in a short interaction, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.
She made everything simple and stress-free, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of. You can tell she’s genuinely great at what she does and cares about helping people.
Although I no longer need a unit, I wanted to leave a note about how positive my experience was at Extra Space Storage because of her. Great customer service really stands out, and she definitely made an impression.”
“I’ve been using this storage facility for a few years now and haven’t had a single issue. Never too hot never too cold, temperature is regulated just right. Haven’t had a single issue with any of my items in my unit. Staff is also very helpful with anything needed.”

“I called to make a reservation at this place and was plesantly surprised at how genuinely helpful and caring the sales person, Ashley, was. She realized I could use a smaler unit and got me a prorated rate which saved me money. The process was easy and they have an app to help you manage your stay. I also received a welcome call from the manager. Great attention to detail. Love it so far.”
“Great customer service, everything explained and made the process of storing so easy. I will definitely use this storage facility for any storage needs in the future!”

“Ive had a space at Public Storage for awhile, and never had any issues. Today I dealt with the property manager Cat in helping to get a fee waived, while we weren't successful in getting it waived by no fault of hers, she did help me get a lower monthly rent payment, she was very helpful and thoughtful, and I really appreciated it. Thank you Cat for your help!”

“Gabbi was absolutely outstanding in helping us get settled into a new unit. We were moving out of a large unit because we were not using the space and she helped us obtain a more affordable smaller unit. She really cares about pleasing her customers. Thank you Gabbi! Jo Ellen Spencer”
“This is my first time ever renting out a storage space, and the staff made it such an easy and enjoyable process. Jason and Sabrina, were very kind and helpful. They showed me the space and ensured it was sufficient to my needs before proceeding. (The entire building is spotless. The storage unit itself as well was very clean. one of the cleanest storage building/units i've ever seen) They explained the regulations and answered all my questions with ease. They made a potentially stressful endeavor, seamless. 10/10 Customer Service.”
“To truck renters: Find parking not on Piaget Ave for your personal vehicle. It's a public street, and Bright Box is not responsible for your vehicle. My car was scuffed while parked for the day. Bright Box is a wonderful location however, and their employees are saints. Every one of them are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Strongly recommend them for storage and truck rental.”
“Sol the manager is wonderful!! Does his best to fix any issues asap. Facility is always clean, carts are always available, and I feel SAFE when I need to come here alone at night!”

“Franklin Lakes access center was great! Everything seem to flow very smoothly. Laura specifically was very helpful. They even have a box truck there for customers to use to help move stuff around at no cost other than the gas!”
