Had an issue with a return the associate was not able to help resolve it she answered me like she was reading off a script. No matter what I said she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Very frustrated I left the store went home downloaded staples app and resolved it myself.

Once me, and some of my friends were passing by the store, and we noticed some white liquid along the sidewalk maybe Slime or Glue, while passing by a big dude came out of the store, and started yelling at us for a mess we didn’t even create. We asked him to look at the cameras yet he didn’t, and told us he was gonna call the cops he never did, but terrible employee that shouldn’t work at the store again.

I went for the first time to print a document. The blonde-haired young man acted rudely, as if he were being racist. He showed angry movements. I thanked him at the end and he went behind the counter without even looking at us. I will never come to Staples in this area again. This is a free country. It's not nice to be treated this way.

Amazon package drop off at this store is the worst I've ever experienced!!!!
NO other Amazon drop off I have been to makes you take the empty box when you leave!!!!!!
VERY STUPID CUSTOMER TREATMENT!
( That must be why there's a huge stack of empty Amazon boxes outside the front door !!!! ).
The other Amazon returns drop offs don't do that

Great service at the Printing Department from Allison, Stephanie, and Chris. It's so convenient to make Express and Happy Returns. Only issue is their prices have gone up significantly over the years.

In the past year and on two separate occasions, I've needed multiple documents printed and bound within a very short timeframe. Stephanie and the team could've said "sorry we can't get it done" but instead, they accepted the challenge and displayed a great attitude all along. As a customer who needed their help and was in a bind, I really appreciated their efforts and thought others should know. Very reliable and professional team. Thank you!
