“We have been customers of Duluth Trading since the early 2000's--mostly online as the brick and mortor in Ramsey, NJ did not open until 2018. We love coming to this store because the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
On our most recent visit in May 2024, we saw Karl hustling to keep the clothing folded & organized and Barbara working diligently behind the counter. Both were very helpful and provided us with good information regarding the current sale items.
We can't wait for the next time we're in the area to stop in!”

“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”
“This is one of my favorite places to shop for all of my events, whether it was eid, my graduation, or my family weddings i always find something special and unique. customer service was top-notch, extremely helpful, felt like i was shopping with a friend. Everything was very easy to find, with the way the store is organized. HIGHLY recommend going there.”

“In the 6 months I’ve been a member, I’ve built increased strength and flexibility through the variety of class offerings, with the define strength class being my favorite, and the classic barre class a close 2nd! The owner Nancy and instructors are all excellent, and passionate about their craft and the workout and ensure corrections to all members from new to elite each class. The classes never feel over full and max out around 12-14 attendees. There are so many awesome class times and offerings it is easy to fit into even my schedule during crazy busy times. A must try for all fitness levels and you’ll immediately feel welcomed to an awesome community!”

“A little pricier than I remember JCP being, and they didn't have a awesome amount of different options of some particular outfits/clothes. I also have trouble finding my size(s) in mostly Pants, but T-shirts as well. I don't mean for this post to sound bad, it's just THIS particular JCP didn't have the right sizes for several different articles of clothing I was interested in purchasing... Maybe they were just low on stock bc the holidays JUST passed..(?) idk, I'm only recounting MY Experience.”
“Looking for toddler girls stuff, limited, but variety for girls and boys are fair. Need more selection. Other stores suffer the same issue. I find more on line, BUT,I like the store experience. “Bought many sweaters from this location. There are a wide selection of colors to choose from, more than enough to build a versatile wardrobe for any occasion. The sweaters I purchased were very comfortable and I wore them almost every day.I also bought some sweatpants, which were just as comfortable as the sweaters. Good prices all around, but the clothing is a bit bland. Great for minimalist styles, but if you want to pop out, I would recommend another store, like Uniqlo. The location is unfortunate as it is in what appears to be the least popular wing of Willowbrook Mall, especially since the Sears closed. Still, it's a nice, albeit hidden, place to shop for sweaters and sweats.”

“I wouldn’t even know where to start but to say the least I loved this story and the owner. The second i walked through those doors I was warmly welcomed by the owner. It’s like she reads your mind, I walked in with the exact image of the dress she recommended me. I could easily say she is amazing with freestyle. Her clothing is perfect for the teen age group and of course every girl that shops there is very pleased with her selections. After purchasing my first junior formal dress from her I came back without a doubt. Not only to pick up my dress but I saw that she had new inventory. Of course Mary did it again with her excellent choices and I just had to buy another gorgeous dress. At the end of my experience today I had seen a beautiful necklace and out of curiosity I asked for the price and without me even knowing she had told my mom “It’s on me as a graduation gift. I found this adorable since she also gave me a discount. Lastly as I was grabbing my bags to go back home since I don’t live that close. I asked where she had got her coffee from, without saying no more she told us to follow her and took us to the coffee shop next door. She said coffee and treats were on her, like are you kidding ?!?! (coffee was also very delicious) I am very thankful I had chose bella&love for my dresses. She is very helpful and neat with her work. Thank you Mary for everything especially for making look all dolled up and feel my very best ? And the most important she speaks multiple languages as well !! My mom doesn’t speak the most of english but they communicated in both english and spanish. please check out bella&love if you get the chance you won’t regret it !!”

“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. This place is a gem! So many great things from clothes, shoes, jewerly, and purses. I was really impressed by all the sizes being so organized! I didn't have to dig through clothes to find my size. I now have a new place to shop! The ladies in the store were fantastic and so helpful.
BOY, WAS I FOOLED! I LEFT STUFF FOR CONSIGNMENT AND NEVER HEARD BACK. I even came back multiple times to remind them I left stuff and got nothing. Plus, I had express brand new with tags, DSW brand new boots I was selling and they didn't want. I get it if you are full but it was cuter stuff than what was in there. Haven't been back.”
