“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”

“Today I scoured all of South Jersey to pick up a Full Size Box Spring Mattress in a store to surprise my four year old daughter with her first “Big girl bed” and your company is the last around that carries product on site.After conveniently finding your inventory online, I walked in and was greeted by an associate near the bedding section and I met your team member Tom.Tom engaged with me as he saw me scanning the inventory, offered assistance in a sincere fashion and proceeded to let me know that my product was available, knew the price off hand and even retrieved the box spring, instructed me to meet him at the register, helped me complete my transaction and wheeled out the product so I could load it onto my vehicle.I must say that Tom was empathetic, outgoing, sincere and highly knowledgeable.I appreciated my exchange and returned home as a hero finding the desired box spring to enable my four year old the freedom to sleep on her brand new bed with the extremely high quality box spring.Your team & availability of product for same day pick up truly helped a father bring a staple and under-appreciated/carried product ( a box spring mattress) to fulfill his Sunday objectives.”

“While I enjoy shopping here, There is a issue with purchasing items with a credit car and trying to retuning the items'. One time the clerks need the credit card and a signature on the return receipt and the next return visit you don't need to show the CC or sign anything to receive credit on the same card you purchased the Items.
I've tried to get an explanation from the manger, but the rhetorical comments didn't explain why this issue is currently happening. I would like someone above store management level to explain this issue.
ps... I have 4 receipts of this issue, if needed to verify that this is current happening.”

“Kohl's is the best department store for clothes, clothing accessories, dress clothes, jewelry, possibly appliances and also some furniture. I shop at Kohl's a lot and I'm very satisfied. They have cool gadgets and electronics sometimes. Their cards, cute stuffed animals and gifts are also a great thing to get anybody for their birthday or a holiday. I shop Kohl's a lot. “I came here today to try and kill time on Christmas break and I have to say I'm very impressed. I had so much fun here. Some of the things are a lil overpriced especially for being a second hand store, but overall it was great. I got a Hello Kitty bowl for $2.50 and my mother thought about buying several things. Only complaint I have is some of the things be broken here and there but what can you do. Would come back.”

“I just love this store besides a little incident with one of the cashiers in which I felt a little frustrated when they are trying to make you sign up for the credit card and you say no thank you. I said no but I was questioned for a discount card I had. Besides all the visits I do to this specific store, I never felt so harassed & embarrassed like this Saturday, but otherwise beautiful items a great prices.”
“I'm always at five below. Which sometimes is five above but who am I to judge. I still go there to look around and always leave with something I dont need. People greet when you come in. Im not sure if they have a bathroom. They do have snacks, party supplies and much more. Go to place for last minute birthday/holiday gift shopping.”
