“Great store, very helpful management. I have to stand up for Carol, who was maligned in another review. She went above and beyond to help me correct a stupid mistake I made. I bought 2 sizes of a certain shoe to make sure I got a good fit, and wouldn’t you know it, I chose the 8 but returned a box containing one size 8 and one size 8.5 shoe! When I realized my mistake and called the store, it took me a couple transfers forget to Carol, but when I did, she found the mixed-up box quickly, set it aside for me, and had it waiting when I came back to the store the next day to make the switcheroo. Thanks, Carol! I’ll be back!”

“This is the one of the best T.J.Maxx's (other fav on Columbus Blvd.) I have been to. I was tired of seeing the new JC Juicy Tale bags on my timeline and couldn't find not one in any store(Burlington, Ross and other TJMs)until I called the store in Roxborough. Thank you to Eve who I had the pleasure of speaking with. I asked did they have it in stock and she went to check for me. She said yes and I was there 👍. I'm glad I went because I'm not sure they had anymore of those in stock. To my surprise she found the tote and satchel bag of the Juicy Tale collection. I left the satchel bag there so someone as obsessed as me could claim theirs. I'm so glad my search is over. They have a great bag finds there!”

“Awesome customer service from associates, Restrooms were beyond satisfactory, very impressive for the foot traffick, I inquired about who the Manager was and had intended to verbally congrats on having what appeared to a smooth operation, but couldn't wait hope the Manager get my ok ? good job TJ maxxx.”
“This Marshalls is the one I consider my "main" store, the cashiers are friendly, the store is clean and always well stocked. BUT THEY NEED BETTER and REAL SECURITY. Every time I visit I see guys walking out the store with clear trash bags full of merchandise and of course by law (and for their own "safety") employees are not allowed to stop them. I saw a guy fill a trash bag with hair styling devices, cleared the display and told the employee "what are you going to do, you know you can't stop me". It is unfair for the employees and customers to not be able to feel safe while at the store. MARSHALLS please address this for the safety of all.”
“It is a combo of a thrift store and a fabric store in like a warehouse setting. They have a pretty big selection of both men's and women's clothes and a fabric selection. I still think JoAnn's has more athletic fabrics, but I did get a few items from the fabric selection that I can work with.”

“Walked in just as three females were being taken out in handcuffs by the 39th. The vibe was still good. The store was fairly empty so check out was smooth. Customer service was surprisingly very good, even when security stopped us at the front because a sensor was still on an item. Checked out with a smile”

“Be careful going to 5 below it's cheap for a reason because you can spend a million bucks in here. I spent 400.00in here the other day. “I visited the jewelry counter the other day and was met with a friendly associate that was very helpful. With a smile she told me she was more than happy to help me with anything I'd like to see. Just let her know. I walked away for a moment and when I came back she was covering the fitting room for someone. Although another worker came over to her stating she could help me with jewelry. Unfortunately I didn't get the first lady's name although this one that patiently helped me and rang me up was named Andrea and she was a joy as well! Based on the great selection and customer service I will surely return to and recommend this TJMaxx!”

“I would like to say that every employee here is friendly. When you first walk through the door you get a greeting. It feels welcoming. They are all kind attentive and helpful. I did an exchange and it was no hassle and push back. Ended up purchasing some pistachios and tried them and they were horrible and went back in for a refund and it was no hassle again. Super pleased with the service at this location.”

“Many of my purchases for the home have come from Ross. The price of an item must be my first appeal and then after that the item must also appeal to me or it's not worth it. The high end stores so many times did not have the same appeal as what I found at Ross so why would I pay two or more times the price?”

“I've been shopping here for 20 years for my children and myself. There's a variety of clothing for children from newborn to teens and junior sizes. The plus size section also has a nice selection of clothing. Prices are reasonable. Parking lot is on premises.”
