Wow. Super rude. Just trying to get info and I was called ma’am over and over. Trying to mail a package to my deployed spouse and sending it the same way many other have and this place giving me a ton of issues and attitude.

I usually have the same female postal worker behind the counter and she is so polite and wonderful and the fact that she acknowledges me, and knows who I am from prior visits, make so much of a difference!

50 days and counting to begin forwarding my mail after a confirmed address change?? Do better. Interesting that you have to give at least one star to post a review here.

Post office courier does not actually deliver packages. An 'attempted delievery' slip is left in your mailbox instead of the mailman ACTUALLY attempting to make sure recipient is notified of delivery. The absolute least they can do is ring one's intercom system to avoid customer dissatisfaction. The lack of effort is not only astounding, but also EXTREMELY inconvenient for those who are unable to get to the post office before their closing time.

(12/02/2023 10:45am) First time visiting doing a return & the “gentleman” at the counter has a very ugly attitude! And his attitude got even uglier when he got upset that I didn’t tape my bag up at home & when I asked if he had tape he replied be lucky if I do because that “isn’t his job to do so, it’s mine” If you don’t have great customer service skills don’t work at a job that involves it especially when the customer was never being rude to you. He needs a new job or at least be put in the back since he doesn’t know how to act upfront. Will be my last time coming here. I’ve had better service in Camden where rudeness is often expected.

I have never experienced such a disorganized business in my entire life. Marking packages as delivered days before they are. Telling me they can’t leave them for whatever reason and I need to pick them up but they’re not at the office when I try. Tried to pick up a package for my husband yesterday and was told they don’t have it even though I was given the slip the day before. 5 minutes after I left, tracking updated to say it was available for pickup. Which is it? Not there or ready to be picked up? I don’t enjoy the run around.

July 23 2020 2:30 pm teller was obviously sick and admitted it. Continually took off her mask to belch and cough. She should not be working. Where is the manager. Is this a COVID-19 risk?

I patronized this location for the first time in years. Although the clerk was nice, I was appalled that she complained to EVERY customer that she "can't take another 30 days of social distancing"! She is not on a ventilator. She is not a doctor or nurse, working 48 hour shifts caring for sick people. She has a job, health insurance, etc. Millions of people are out of work, and if she can't do her job without whining, she should quit. There are millions of people who will be happy to replace her. I hope the postal service sees this. Shame on her.
