The Condo By The Sea, located inside the historic Hanscom Condos, offers small, dated rooms in a great location just a block from the beach. Guests appreciate the easy check-in, friendly building supervisor, and nearby shopping and dining options. Limited parking is available for $20 per day, with a 3-day weekend package. While some areas may feel cramped and there are issues with smoke in the building, the on-site laundry facilities and bike rack add convenience.
The room was TINY! It was only a couple blocks from the boardwalk, and that was it's saving grace.

Small, historic rooms! Definitely dated. Great location and with an acai place right outside the door. Parking is limited and will cost $20 per day, or i think they offer 3-day weekend package aswell.

This hotel is great. I visited this hotel back in July 2021. The only problem is that the chair and desk almost had no room.
