It's a self checkin, so a little awkward. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. We did order moving blankets, which were not in the truck, but got a credit.

The total cost of the services were significantly different from the amount listed on the original receipt. Excessive taxes/fees. Vehicle license recovery fee, environmental fee, rental tax fee, motor vehicle tax and a fictitious inflated fuel fee. These additional fees made the rental amount beyond what was expected.

I was told no need to bring my ezpass with me and it turns out 2 months later I am still receiving toll violations and being billed for tolls plus admin fees. I am disgusted but now aware and hoped to pass this along to help other renters. I tried to complain to U-Haul and got no response ?
