Budget Car Rental

Truck Rental , Car Rental
Hours: Budget Car Rental at the Eatontown location offers a wide range of vehicle options and friendly, helpful customer service. Audra, a staff member, was praised for her professionalism, courtesy, and ability to accommodate the specific needs of a customer, providing them with a larger SUV to ensure a comfortable and stress-free 8-hour drive. The reviews highlight the personalized service provided by the staff, particularly Billy, who goes above and beyond to cater to the needs of weekly business renters. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful nature of the staff, as well as the vast selection of vehicles available. However, some customers have expressed a desire for extended hours, with earlier openings and later closures, as the rental location is situated within the Sheraton hotel. Additionally, there is a recommendation for customers to thoroughly inspect their rental vehicle before signing the contract, rather than being "lazy" and signing without a proper inspection. Overall, Budget Car Rental in Eatontown is praised for its excellent customer service, wide range of vehicle options, and staff who go the extra mile to ensure a positive rental experience.
