“I recently was a victim of fraud. Between Teresa Workman, Missy, and Charlotte, this incredible team helped me set up new accounts, new debit card, and Missy handled the scammer when he called me back. The scammer accessed my phone and laptop claiming I made a mistake and told me to go to CVS and buy apple gift cards to pay back $2000 they claim was put into my account. I drove directly to my branch and these ladies were absolutely terrific!! I've had some issues before and this bank has always been there for me. I'm so happy that I dumped TD for Sturdy!!”

She handed us over to Shelly who took care of setting up his account and answering every question we had. Very polite, and informative. Overall enjoyable experience.”

She was patient and understanding and extremely helpful answering all questions from me and my Son while she was opening new account My son handled most of the issues as in my old age I was completely lost.
