“So I had a really bad experience at a nearby branch by Sunset Avenue (which I also reviewed), and had the opposite experience at this branch. As soon as we arrived, the branch manager made sure we were taken care of and both he and his banker worked with us to understand and resolve all the issues we encountered at the other branch. I felt throughout the process they understood exactly what needed to be done. I was very happy with their customer service skills, and frankly they kept me as a Wells Fargo customer. The visit could not have gone better. I will use this branch in the future!”
“I don't know what everyone is on about. My grandfather passed away and this branch has been exceedingly kind in helping me navigate the situation, finance wise. There were snags, but due to back office, not the people at the branch. Very kind, helpful, and they went out of their way to do right by me. Can't speak to the drive thru experience.”

“My Mom when I was younger took to Manasquan Savings bank to open my first bank account. Years later I took my daughter to same bank of course different location. We love, Chris, Debbie, Dawn. Nika and everyone at this location thru the years of taking my daughter there. They are helpful and so nice!! My daughter finally goes by herself and when she goes whoever is waiting on her they ask where's your Mom?! Tell your Mom we said Hi!! 👍💙”
