The gal at checkout was just as helpful when I couldn't find the item that was on display.....she actually went and looked and found the item in question. “We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
