There are a lot of rich people in this Area. They drop off a lot of high end items at this particular store. So it's more like an Estate Sale than a Yard Sale.
Having been there a number of times, the staff is always cheerful despite dealing with some manically Opportunistic shoppers.

this is the nicest Goodwill store I have ever visited the staff was wonderfully helpful the place is clean and well organized
