“Great selection, great prices, but what stood out the most was their excellent customer service. The salesman, Sam, was as professional as you can be. On delivery day, which was the day after purchase, i got called into work so I called the store to possibly get the day changed. They told me they’ll make sure I have it before I had to leave, which they did with plenty of time to spare. I definitely recommend.”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“This is one of the top best Goodwill stores in New Jersey. There are great finds and there is always something precious. It is a small store compared to other Goodwills. Things are well organized. The majority of the stuff are well priced, however they have increased their price slightly. Staff are friendly.

The negative part is there is this one tall young man who frequently comes to the store daily. He gets everything he wants. He gets cozy and friendly with the main guy who rolls out the cart. He goes back and forth to the store. Sometime he comes with his girlfriend who whisks away everything as he grabs them from the cart. What we notice as frequent shoppers is they don’t put anything out when he is not there and minutes after he returns, the cart starts rolling again. This occurrence happens with only one employee, the black guy who wears a head wrap. When he is not in, the other employees rolls out the goods timely. Management needs to get on that ASAP as shoppers share their frustration with the employee showing favoritism to this person. The donated stuff is for the people to purchase and not for one person to pick and choose what he wants. We often see this buyer stops the employee on his way back and carries out long conversations with him. Management needs to address this issue otherwise this buyer will be the only one buying there.”

“Went in to buy some Christmas Tree lights. Found them and made our way to the check out lanes. Found a guy name Sam asking us if we were ready to check out. He was very pleasant and has the perfect attitude to work in retail. If Target was smart they will keep him and promote him. Thanks Sam for your kindness and my Wife and I wish you all the best.”
