I love this complex. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet but our access to the best of the NYC metro area is excellent. “By far one of The best maintenance staff I’ve ever met , Very friendly and welcoming . I’ve lived in two other complex developments and always had problems with response times and things getting fixed. I can say that whenever I put in a ticket for my apartment the response time is within the same day or the next . Even outside making sure the property is clean and kept up .”

reviews and I'm happy to say that isn't my experience. We have plenty of parking, neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. My personal experience with maintenance has been great. My hot water heater broke late on Saturday night I called the emergency # and they had a new one installed on Sunday morning by 8:30. Sandy who coordinates maintenance has been wonderful”
