“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. “I came into the shop at the recommendation of my high school automotives teacher and let me just say I was very pleased with experience. I’m a newly licensed driver that just purchased my first vehicle and I was admittedly anxious bringing my car in but the customer service was top notch and I was immediately put at ease. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I had a state inspection done and the cost was reasonable and they also let me know that I would need a new tire pressure sensor which I could get installed when I get a new set of tires. I will definitely bring my car back here when I need tires or service. Highly recommend!”

“You probably don't hear much about a dealership, so let me be the first to surprise you - I love this dealership! The amount of flexibility they offer is match by Mercedes dealers. They can pick up your car at your residence, service it and drop it off later in the day. Perfection! If you do decide to wait in their waiting room while they service your vehicle, that's great too. Coffee, sweets, desk areas, comfortable chairs, TV, basketball and hockey table games will keep you occupied.They definitely stepped it up a notch to provide an excellent experience.”

Wow I am so appreciative. He knows volkswagens. First time meeting Lou, literally a strange and so kind! I was blown away, I have to bring him Italian Cookies!! True story....Past repairs for my Jetta from a Friend I know over 10 years., many repairs, charged me for a $3 light bulb, with a mark up to $20...go figure! OMG.”

“My car got stuck on Rt 18 and they towed it for me to their shop … my transmission fluid was leaking and they fixed my transmission lines the same day .any time my car has a problem they fix it … they just changed my cars timing belt kit … alternator … starter suspension’s and it runs like a rocket . Thanks guys !”
