“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. “I have very little experience dealing with mechanics and absolutely no experience with cars, so I’m always nervous when something goes wrong. I was incredibly fortunate to find Simon at Center Car Care — and ended up needing his help twice in one week. The first time, my car was making a terrible grinding noise near the muffler and it struggled to accelerate. The second time, there was a loud whistling sound coming from the front end. I drive 20 minutes to work every day, and I was scared I’d make things worse, so I stopped at Center Car Care (they’re right across the street from me), not expecting anything to be fixed right away. Both times, Simon took my car in immediately, found the problem, and fixed it on the spot. He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge — but he didn’t.
