“I am an older guy with some auto body repair experience, so I can see less than perfection. I see flaws all over the road as I drive. Over the years I have had numerous cars repaired at various auto body repair facilities. Many were good, but I have to rate V & F number 1. First and foremost, the results were spectacular. On my 2020 charcoal colored Lexus, all the seams were aligned. Patina was perfect. Metal flake matched exactly. Car was like new. Second, their communication regarding the status of my vehicle was the best in my experience. Third, they were very accommodating regarding the scheduling. I have a prized collector car I plan to entrust to them next. I see they have a 5 star rating already. Add me to the list. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I had to get my car towed from my house. The malfunction indicator lamp was lit on dashboard. I was not sure what the problem was; called AAA services which towed my car to Spar. First, Wayne with AAA is fantastic. Just a recommendation if you ever need towing (DeFalco Towing).Now to Spar. Received call from Ryan re diagnostics and process. Intricate skills required to remove engine and replace bad sensor. I was able to pick up car after 2 days.Al called me to pick up car. Such a personable business man. Told me they drove car for about 10 miles (no issues); he noticed windshield wipers needed replacement. New windshield wipers and sensor in engine - mucho $$$ later but totally wowed by the service I received first time around.
