The product we purchased was in stock and we're pormised a delivery in 5 days. We also purchased covers and an extended 5 year warranty on the cushions. I thought these additional items were reasonably priced. So far so good. The delivery crew has contacted us to confirm delivery. They are to assemble the furniture which is included in the purchase price.”

“Ordered a helix mattress a week ago. Kept checking the order to see if it had shipped so we can be prepared when it gets here, and there was no record. Also, no notifications or contact from any courier. Was leaving my house today and found a melted cardboard box with our mattress inside on the street outside our gate. I had absolutely no clue or notice that it was out there and we got almost 4 inches of rain today. I had to strip off the fragments of muddy disintegrated packaging off before I could even lift the thing, which had to weigh at least 75 lbs. The irony is that I selected this mattress for back pain, AND I threw my back out again this week before this.
The mattress is wrapped in heavy plastic, so I THINK it's ok, but if Helix is trying to impress, this isn't the way.
Edit: the mattress was fine and I have been very happy with the product.”

“Went to Home Goods in East Brunswick. I do love this store. It is very well stocked at all times & for Holidays they go the extra mile. My daughter was there yesterday & came home w/so much Holloween items. I had to go today. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Just so much Holloween decorations to go through. I spent a bit, But no regrets going back w/my daughter. The store is clean, plenty of parking, the employees are fantastic. With all the shoppers in the store, it was still in order. I did run into my 1st Karen. She was so nasty to the check out employee, never saw such horrible behavior from one human being to another, guess this is Our Country now. Other then that, my shopping experience at this store & w/the employees was enjoying & believe it or not relaxing. This is one of the best Home Goods I've been to. Been coming for years & will continue to. I'd give more Stars if I could.”
“Keyur was amazing. The amount of time he spent explaining what possible went wrong and how to get the best outcome was above and beyond what I expected.
I recently ordered a Pillowsac Jr online and never got my cover. I was really confused with how online support was handling it AND they were telling me there was no way I could get. Not knowing where else to turn I went into the Menlo Park store. Even though he couldn’t change my order I left the store with many options on how to get the cover I wanted without spending any extra money.
Lesson learned, go to the store and don’t order online.”
