“The 2 sales ladies are great! One in Target plaza on Richmond Ave & oneon veteran 's road. Your refund system is in need of a simple much redue. I spent the better part of my 4th of July morning trying to purchase an iteam that was more than̈ the refund..I went from the refund ctr back to sales personat least 3 times,plus using another sales rep in between. Shoppers please make sure that your purchases is returned, if the prouduct breaks be prepared to file a claim wait for ever to get an answer like the one I received CANT replace due to normal wear & tear . It was 2 yrs old,or don't have a technician in your area. And I am sure if you did some research you could find an equal or better product. Laurie @ Veterns Rd West aslo very helpful in calling the claimed department in case they needed more information

“One of my favorite stores they have very good sales. And they have access to wheelchair, which is very nice for my mom and anybody else that has a wheelchair or stroller to go into the store. Customer service is very great and they also have a fridge that they give you bottles of water and coffee, which is very nice for the customer service I give it a five star keep up the good work”

“I was thinking about purchasing a new bed and after seeing reviews in consumer reports decided to check out Casper after seeing their reviews . I went to Casper store Menlo Park and was greeted by Giselle. I looked at the beds on my own and then Giselle came over and started explaining everything about different beds . Very helpful to a new buyer for sure. She pointed out all the things that the beds have and also the new adjustable frames .After she showed me all that they had to offer made my decision to trade up an easy one . She was one awesome sales person and Casper is lucky to have her. We spoke today and updated me when to expect the bed which was wonderful.Also said if anything is not as I expected please reach out to me.enough said thank you Giselle William”

“Five stars for this independently owned Dinette sales and upholstery repair store. The Owner and Staff are two thumbs up with their personal, kind, educated and excellent service. My husband and I went there to have an older bar stool repaired. Not an easy fix, but the owner tried a few tricks and it was as good as new! They have a variety of kitchen, dining room and other, furniture that is well made and priced right. The owner has a great personality and you will feel like you are dealing with a friend. Highly recommend this place .”
