“Had an awesome experience at Home Depot in Woodbridge!! Nev and Dawn were especially friendly and super helpful! Dawn helped me find the two tool chests I was looking for and was able to get it down with a forklift very fast and efficiently. Nev at the customer support desk helped me check out and put it on will call to pick up later with a truck. The process was very smooth and enjoyable! The store itself also had great sales and clearance items! I had to go in and out 3 times to load up my car and go back in to make more purchases! Def one of my fave Home Depot locations!”

“I used Metuchen Mower in the past with a riding lawnmower that I have and they did great services then so now I have a problem with my snow blower so I called after hours on a Saturday to leave a message being that they were closed, Mr Gary called me back within a half hour to take the time to listen and reassured me that they have pick up and delivery so that I can get my snow blower working. This company is A-1 in my book!”

“Went to pick out a shrub for a memorial for my dog who recently passed and I told the gentleman as much and he was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. He offered a unique shrub that would grow in the shade where we were planning to plant it. Great service. then he would not take payment since it was for my pet who passed. Just an excellent place.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
“I can’t say enough good things about Peter and Frank and lumber really really amazing associates. I came in and I needed some wood. Didn’t really know what I needed, and they went above and beyond to figure out, which was the best option for me and helped me get it in my car securely from start to finish. They were beyond amazing. I’m not always able to get good help in this Home Depot unfortunately but these guys were incredible. I wish the whole store was filled with people like them. “I recently visited Home Depot in Edison on rt 1to purchase a plastic tarp and overall had a positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the item I was looking for. The associates were friendly and helpful, offering to assist me in finding the right size tarp for my needs. The tarp itself was of good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit to Home Depot and would recommend it to others in need of home improvement supplies.”
“Solid Home Depot - they don’t always have what I need and I sometimes have to hit the Woodbridge one instead but for the most part they’re consistently well-stocked and have a good selection of tools and materials.”
“My son and I did the petting zoo. He really liked it. They let you walk with the animals. There were goats, chicken, and turkeys that you could walk with. They had bunnies in cages, cows, and sheep that had there own pens. It was over priced, $8 per person for the petting zoo. Everything cost between $8 to $11 per activity per person. So for a petting zoo its ok but for all day thing it will get really pricey really quickly. (Not sure if petting zoo is year around or just open for their fall fest.)”
