Check-in as extremely smooth, especially utilizing the app which allows you to open the gate to the unit and see your storage information. Shiv greeted me as I pulled into the facility and took his time assisting me in navigating the property as well as showing me my unit and making sure I was comfortable opening and closing it. He explained the hours, price changes if and when they happen, as well as answering all questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to using this facility.”

“Rented a unit to store my car. Sadly the lip was a little too high for my car. I walked inside and was granted by a young man. “Long hair” he was super nice and even drove me to another unit to see if it was a little lost he entire experience was so pleasant. You don’t find customer service like that anymore. I stored at public storage and this was far better. I’m sad my car won’t fit. Thank you for making my experience so good.”
