  Avoid if you can. Every time I go in it is chaos. Staff are not welcoming or helpful. Tellers are inadequate and rude.

  My Mom is 75 years old, she sent me to td bank to deposit cash. I do understand there is a policy in place. I requested to transfer money from my account to speed up the process. No one was really helpful. There should be policy which helps the customer's. This was a deposit not a withdrawal.

  i've been a customer at TD for years the experience that I had today was not only lacking empathy but it was straight disrespectful refusing to accept a check that is a TD Bank check that was signed over to me with no reasoning.
