After having been totally ignored for 3 days at a local dealer and sadly realizing our car needed a transmission, I read the great reviews about Craig at Aamco and believed good things must be happening there. We had our car towed there and were so happy we did. Once we contacted Craig at Aamco, our situation changed dramatically. Craig was extremely responsive, did an immediate diagnostic test and clearly explained what needed to be done. His price was very fair. His staff THOROUGHLY looked over the car, found a few things that also needed fixing and did them without charging us extra. We couldn't be happier. Craig definitely takes pride in his work and business and strives for customer satisfaction. What more could you ask for?”
“My brother brought his custom wheel and tire setup here that costs a few thousand dollars. We’ve never been here before and only went based on the reviews. Overall it’s a great shop and I wouldn’t trust or recommend anyone else. It’s incredible how fast you are in and out. Under an hour to mount and balance the tires and on a separate occasion it was also under an hour to align the car.”

“I can't speak on their work because they don't work on the specific problem I had. However, what I can speak to is how honest they are, and how quick and easy it was to get to the bottom of things. And if anyone feels concerned about trusting mechanics, which is common, they understand how important it is to be able to feel comfortable with them, and to feel like the experience was easy and to the point. They weren't able to help with this, but they gave me good reason to go back for other services they do handle, and I already sent my girlfriend to them, and her experience was just as good.”

Also went above and beyond making a small adjustment to fix an annoying problem with my door at no extra cost; I definitely recommend this mechanic for anyone in the area, as they have direct ties with quality parts, as well as great rates. “Wow! Totally impressed with the excellent service today. I was in town from Baltimore area and was having issues with my car. Was told by a local well know auto franchise that the issue I was experiencing was caused by faulty camshaft sensor.
I was referred to Mr Pak of Prestige Auto and the amazing referral reviews were spot on!
Mr. Pak was very professional. You can see how he truly cares for the customer. He explained everything to be done to my car found the cause of the problem.
He examined and cleaned the sensor in question and informed me about the noted sensor issues with the 2020 Chevy Equinox vehicles to watch for.
I was so happy and glad to find an honest mechanic who truly cares about his customers. I’ll be back for all my car service needs.”

“I went in with a punctured tire. They let me know I’ll need a new tire and they didn’t have it in stock. They could order it but it could take 2hours or more for it to deliver to their shop. Instead they asked if I’d like to use my spare considering I already have one. They changed it as a courtesy for me. So appreciate it!”
