This was my first time renting a trailer, and the guys at this location made it a great experience. Ken was especially helpful and has great knowledge and customer service skills. Kenneth was so helpful, professional and kind. I called to confirm that this location 100% had a certain trailer. He was awesome. We were out in less then 20 minutes. I'll be coming to this location from now on.
