The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great. Above all his honesty to recommend replacing the rim instead of charging for a job that may not last, and providing a solution. I’ve called at least 18 shops within central Jersey trying to find someone to fix this rim and no one has the skills or equipment to do it. Crimson is the go to place when you need to mount, balance, or weld your wheel. Highly recommended!!”

“We have lived in Milltown for close to ten years and have brought four different cars at one point for service at Joe’s. Their pricing is great, the service is quick and we are treated with respect with each visit. As an example of their customer service, we once had our plastic undercarriage protector that was breaking off due to snow accumulation. The secured it to the underside of the car and didn’t charge us or even tell us about the fix. We were pleasantly surprised when we found it had been fixed a few days after pickup.”
“I have never written a Google Review in my life, but given my incredible experience, I feel it is the least I can do. My family and I were passing through New Jersey on our way home to Canada when our car seemed to be having some issues. We were worried about the cost of potential repairs, but we were so greatly blessed. Jonathan (owner of this autoshop) told us a story of a similar situation he faced a long time ago when he was travelling. Due to his empathy and generosity, he spent hours on our car giving it a very thorough inspection, but didn't charge a single cent. He is clearly very experienced in autoservices, so it was already great that we got him to check everything through, but on top of that he gave us a free inspection. It truly was a miracle that day, and we couldn't have made it home without his help. Absolutely phenomenal service! Jonathan has inspired us to pay it forward. Our greatest thanks for everything! “A little hard to locate once your GPS says you're there. It's a little in the back. But the employees work so hard and they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Brush up on your Espanol or Spanglish works. LOL! Several of the workers speak English so no problema. I strongly encourage purchasing used tires here and they accept walk ins with incredibly fast service.”
