“The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with. I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help. I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate. There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated. The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind! He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance. A great staff and a very well-run store.”

“We had custom tape made with our logo, and it turned out great! They nailed our brand colors—which is especially impressive since pink is so hard to match on custom products. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, and the whole team was friendly and easy to communicate with. The tape has been working great for our frozen shipments too. Highly recommend!”

“I visit this location pretty often. The staff is always kind and helpful. I need to give a special shout out to staff member Drew Alexander. I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. Drew is a true asset to the team and his dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition!”

“an excellent experience with Redi Print, working directly with Carl. They turned around a full order for my company—custom safety vests with our logo, hoodies, T-shirts, and thermals—in just one day, and the quality came out outstanding across the board. Everything was clean, sharp, and professionally done. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. If you need fast turnaround without sacrificing quality, Redi Print—ask for Carl. “I would highly recommend Ameritechnology and especially Mark Bennett to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and honest service. From the very beginning, Mark and his team showed exceptional customer care, professionalism, and kindness. The technicians who came to our parish were outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, connected our new copy machine to the computers, and even helped move the old broken machine without hesitation. What impressed me most was not only their technical expertise, but also the way they treated people with genuine kindness and respect. In today’s world, that truly makes a difference. It is clear that Ameritechnology values long-term relationships and takes pride in serving their customers well. Working with them has been a wonderful experience and a great beginning to a professional relationship built on trust and excellent service. I am very happy to recommend Mark Bennett and Ameritechnology for any office or business project you may have. You will be in very good hands.”

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day. Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find—especially at large chain stores—this experience really stood out. Huge thanks to Jessica and the print team!”

“Highly recommend !! We've gone to Nicole's Reproductions for printing signage, posters, invitations and more for family gatherings such as birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, etc. Their expertise and excellent customer service can't compare to using an online printing service or somewhere like Staples/CVS where it can easily be printed the wrong size, blurry, etc.”

“I had such an amazing experience at Staples, especially with Everson, Richard, and Wade at the Printing Center! I came in needing a last-minute seating chart for my wedding, printed on individual cards, and despite some issues with the printer, they worked together so patiently and professionally to make my vision come true. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to make every change I needed until I was completely satisfied with the final product. They never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother, even though I know last-minute wedding projects can be stressful! I truly cannot thank Everson, Richard, and Wade enough for going above and beyond to help make such an important part of my wedding day perfect. The Printing Center at this Staples is absolutely phenomenal, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs printing services. Their customer service and dedication were exceptional!”

“I’ve used this local print shop several times now and I can’t recommend it enough. The quality of the prints (whether photos, posters, or pamphlets) is consistently excellent. The color clarity and image sharpness are way better than anything I’ve gotten from big chains. Their turnaround time is fast and they don’t charge extra for rush jobs…I’ve had multiple same-day orders done without hassle. They also offer nice finishing options like matte lamination, and they’ve even cut printed sheets for me when I needed them trimmed. That kind of helpfulness is rare! Tom is always friendly and picks up the phone personally. It’s clear they care about doing things right. On top of that, it’s easy to get to, there’s always parking out front. This is a gem of a small business, and I’m happy to support it. Highly recommend!”
