He answered all our questions, helped me figure out exactly what type of wedding band to get my husband, and worked with him to make a beautiful wedding gift necklace. “For the record, I am posting this review to correct a survey I completed by email from the company on my experience with both in store and the Design & Service Center. First and foremost, my experience at this kay jeweler in cross county mall was exceptional, from when I first made the purchase, to receiving the item and having it sent back out for a second time. Each visit the staff helped me out as best and efficient as possible, getting me/ making my experience worth it. On another note, my experience with the Design & Service Center, was not great at all and as matter of fact, horrible. I purchased an item that needed to be sized, and the work done to it was just horrible. Looking at the item, you can see how poorly the job was done, due the uneven/ misshaped/ circumference of the ring. You think a craftsman who specializes in sizing/ fixing things would pay better details to something as valuable as the type of item being purchased, but that was not the case. So I post this to say my experience in store was great, but as to the Design & Service Center, not really a fan, as their work is horrible.”

“I had sent my watch in for repairs. They were very prompt in sending me the estimate. I sent out my money order to have it repaired. My money order was lost in the mail. When I contacted the company, Croton's employee, David, was extremely helpful. He explained what I needed to do. He followed up with prompt e-mails and phone calls. After sending in another money order, the repair was completed in a timely manner, David was kind enough to send me the tracking information and he followed up to ensure that I received the watch. It looks great, and David is definitely an asset to Croton Watch Group.”

“Alex wows me again! My husband had him make gorgeous diamond stud earrings as a gift for me after having our son. They are stunning 1 carat total weight studs and just flawless quality. A gift I will cherish forever. Alex also resized my engagement ring and wedding band for me. After having 2 babies I needed my rings a little bigger and he was able to resize both of them quickly and for an extremely reasonably price. My engagement ring was done within days and my wedding band was done within a week. (And that included even adding a diamond to my wedding band to accommodate the bigger size). Alex's work is flawless, but the reason we keep coming back is because he is such a pleasure to work with. He is family-oriented and truly values his customers. We'll keep coming back as long as Alex keeps making jewlery!”
