She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. “Shipped an international package there. Representative Chris has been patient and informative all the time. We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again.Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.”

Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?”

“A short time ago, when it was pouring cats and dogs, I had to run some errands with my baby. I was at the post office to ship a return package and I had no label. A beautiful, young lady whose name was Khabirna, known as KB in the office, not only helped me, but also was so kind to my baby. While doing her great job, she gave a candy to my baby and helped me so much with the label. I really appreciate her for brightening my day and her excellent service.”

“Didn’t have an appt for passport renewal but came prepared: passport, photos, filled application, checkbookAJ was extremely helpful. Walked and explained whole process to me and what to expect from passport agency in return.I’m from englewood cliffs but when I went there to try and complete my process they were rude, nasty, vial, disgusting human beings yelling and screaming at everyone. Lazy but angry at everyone.I came to tenafly because some of their staff members used to work in englewood cliffs when their post office WAS nicer and wanted a smooth support.”

I’m happy with this place considering this side of Teaneck gets nothing.The people in this area of Teaneck are known to be pretty self centered and mean. With that said leave my boy alone he been there since before i was old enough to care about mail. Also we get this rinky dink usps while cedar lane side has a nice one. “USPS Express 1-Day Envelope vs Fedex Priority Overnight(Fedex PO): Verdict is USPS!I got business documents by Fedex from westcoast for requiring my signature including a return envelop and US postage. I brought to the post office and asked a clark for the fastest service to return the signed documents. John pointed to the shelve and brought him a Flat rate envelop. And I handed the documents and the returned postaged envelope. He created the labels from it on his terminal and printed them. He put them in the envelope and sealed it. I only provided my phone number and handed a credit card. Momentarily I forgot where I was.This is called S-E-R-V-I-C-EThe USPS Express 1-Day product charged me $27.90 for Schedule delivery Date and Time (=overnight), even money back guarantee. I was told the Fedex Overnight charge was $65. John's service was great and USPS Express 1-Day product is the best choice.”
