“Lovely bank. After being with a well known, big bank for decades, I decided to try a more local bank. From the first time I called to set up an appt to open an account with them, I was pleasantly surprised. A real person, Leena, actually answered the phone in less than 3 rings. There was no automated system with a bunch of options to finally get to a live person. I had spoken to Leena over the phone and when I walked in for my appt, I was greeted with a smile and by my name. She quickly set up my accounts and answered all my questions. I’ve since returned a few times for other transactions and always greeting by a warm welcome and smile from the staff. Leena somehow still remembers my name! I’ve dealt with Bobbie for deposits and opening a CD and she is always such a pleasure to work with. It is such a different experience compared to the bigger banks. A better experience. I highly recommend this bank.”

Alexandra made opening an account very easy and not at all time consuming. She explained the details and left nothing out. I also received a phone call to make sure my permanent debit card had been mailed to me.”
“September 28, 2023 Michelle, her management co-worker and one of the cashiers helped me with two out-of-the-ordinary transactions and they all efficiently completed them for me. I am grateful, and as a long-term prior customer of Merchants Bank I’m happy with their ability to work with Fidelity.
