Avery nice clean store has great items. Employees are helpful.
Only one downside was it was only one checkout person and a huge line.
They brought out two more checkers to check people out and clear the line out no problem .

This is NOT the Abercrombie we grew up with. Air conditioner HAS to be broken which is horrible for employees & customers. When you walked passed Abercrombie you would get hit in the face with the smell of perfume. Now it smells feet in a high school locker room. You’re never alone in the dressing room as the dust bunnies are climbing up the ceiling. But they have these cool dimming lights! Please do better.

I was treated rude by a cashier boy in this store today and when I needed help with my returns he just sighs in disgust. Poor job. Retrain your staff!

Went in looking for Xmas gift, found a Knick shirt someone would love but small size, luckily found Ethan an employee there and helped me find what I was looking for. Young man was eager and helpful !

It’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t given me full refund from my order! I talked to customer service like 4 times already and nothing has happened. Don’t shop from here!

The only reason why I went to this store twice is because is 5 minutes from my home but both times I was treated very rude by two females in this store. None of them haves name tags so I wouldn't be able to know her names. All I did was to ask if they had an item in the store that I wanted to exchange and she answered me very rude. From now on I prefer to go to the one in Willowbrook mall. They are always willing to help you or order the item for you with no attitude!

There is some RUDE RUDE RUDE female employee that totally disgusted me and my kids by the way she treated me, just because I asked her which scents were from women and men. Theclear perfume/cologne bottles were all on the women's side of the table, so I asked the female employee (attached a photo of her), which ones were for men because they were all mixed in. She gave me the nastiest attitude as if I was bothering by asking her a question. She grabbed and SLAMMED the men's cologne on the glass, one by one, saying "This one is a MAN'S COLOGNE. This one is a MAN'S COLOGNE. This one is a MAN'S COLOGNE." She repeated that 3 more times, all while slamming it on the glass. I'm surprised she didn't break it. My kids asked why she was talking to us like that. I was just honest with them and told them the truth: that shes miserable person. Do better Abercrombie in your choice of who you want representing you. DISGUSTING.

I adore the Abercrombie brand name and this is a terrific apparel and accessory store for both men and women. However, there aren't many options in the store, so online shopping is preferable.Fantastic store with a wide variety of sizes and styles.Love their 90s denim, which is of excellent quality.

The employees at this store are very rude. They don't want to help the customers. It seems it's more important to talk about their lives in a group than to do their job.
