I came in to exchange an item, but the manager, said I wasn’t eligible because I’m not a VIP member and 28 days passed. I wasn’t asking for a refund. just a simple exchange. Tags and receipt were at hand. Very disappointing customer service.

Huge shout out to Emily, who was so kind as I needed to make quite a few returns! She was incredibly patient with me and helped me get in and out of the store efficiently. This is on par for all of my experiences at this location, I’ve never had any issues and the staff is always great!
