Hours: Based on customer reviews, Akiba House at Westfield Garden State Plaza is a cute store with exactly the right vibe of anime merch. They offer a wide selection of anime merchandise and an impressive array of high-quality figures. The store also has all sorts of really neat stuff, including Gashapon machines and free candies up at the front. The employees are awesome and helpful, holding a lost card for an hour. However, some customers found the store had a lot of repeats sections around the store, with a wish for a bigger section for BNHA. One experience was off-putting when an employee gave a rude response and chuckled when asked about a series, though the store later contacted the customer through Instagram to address the situation. Overall, it is highly recommended for fans.
