“really like this location—there’s a great variety and everything is really well organized. Matt at the front end was super helpful and really nice, which made the visit even better!!”
“We cannot just walk by Akiba House without stopping in. The merchandise is always changing and you can grab a pack of cards, blindbags or play the machine to get a surprise! Our favorites are MIKU and Deku but there tons more characters anime to choose from.”
“My boyfriend and I went to this location in May to get myself a bear for my birthday. We met two wonderful workers that day. One was Brielle and unfortunately I don't recall the other person's name. They were both so friendly and helpful. They were personable and it felt like they love their job. They showed us different products to give us ideas of what our bears should wear.
Last night, my boyfriend and I went back to get him a bear. Brielle was there again (yay!) as well as Sydney. Both of them seem to be S tier human beings. They were so nice and funny and I enjoyed watching them help another family that was there while we were. They did their jobs perfectly and gave useful opinions when asked.
We've recommended friends to come here and will absolutely be returning again. :)”
“I love this store, great selection of accesories, clothing, greeting cards and hodgepodge of items. I had a problem with using a coupon on my phone, the manager promptly resolved it. The store is a little pricey but if you register online they send you different coupons.”

“We had a great experience at the LEGO Store in Garden State Plaza today. Chris and Duanys were amazing! They were both so helpful and patient, answered all of our questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
The store itself is beautiful, has a great selection, and is just a really nice place to shop. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this location to our friends.
Thank you again to Chris and Duanys for making our visit such a great one!”
