“This is a special shoutout to Arlin Ventura. I've been having technical issues with capital one since I opened my account. And, because i live in Connecticut It was difficult for me to travel every time they need an in person verification which I had already done couple of times in NYC. I had almost lost all my interest and was planning to close all accounts. This lady here, not only patiently helped me and talked to customer service, explained them the situation multiple times, made me feel comfortable. And finally resolved the situation. Even though the bank was at fault, she apologized several times, and trust me, the issue I was facing took more than a year to resolve. I want to thank her for her patience, as she tried to understand the whole situation and handled it professionally. It was resolved in May of 2024. While cleaning my bag I found her card and wanted to write this review to thank her and appreciate her for her dedication. Thank you Arlin!”
