“I met Fred a few years ago while search for tiles for the bathroom and kitchen.He explained the differences in quality of the tiles as well as the differences between porous and non porous tiles which I did not know why it was important. He was genuinely concerned about satisfying the customer as top priority whether you buy from him or not.
